You are an experienced sales personality with a “hunter” mentality who manages to win over customers through enthusiasm, a high level of service orientation and a professional demeanor. You are strong in closing sales and lead your projects to success. You work on the sales funnel with modern tools such as Salesforce, from cold calling to closing the deal.

THESE ARE YOUR TASKS:

  • Ideally, you should live in Germany, because that’s where your customers are – where you successfully acquire new customers and look after existing customers
  • The customer benefit is always the focus for you: you analyze the benefit (or “pain”) for the customer and create suitable solutions and offers. Your focus will be on the sale of our metal printers in the L-PBF systems sector.
  • In contract negotiations, you lead your projects to a successful conclusion and ensure that the contract is awarded.
  • You will also manage new projects for your region, support the development of strategically relevant topics (e.g. pipeline management) and ensure the implementation of the marketing strategy in your region.

YOUR QUALIFICATION:

  • Degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, industrial engineering or comparable qualification
  • Experience in 3D printing distribution and its workflow from design to post-processing
  • Professional experience in the sale of industrial goods requiring explanation
  • Focus on your success in a rapidly changing environment
  • Willingness to travel (up to 50%) and good written and spoken English skills
