DO YOU NEED TO DEPLOY THE CULTURE OF METAL ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING?
Integrating metal additive manufacturing into an organization is not easy, and the best way to transform your first AM project into a success is to start by deploying a basic level of knowledge to an audience as large as possible, including all departments of the company. This is why we developed AddUp Academy Online courses.
Request a DemoComprehensive Overview
AddUp Academy online courses were designed to disseminate a basic culture in metal additive manufacturing, providing an overview of all technologies.
Full Team Participation Courses
Are aimed at everyone involved in projects using this technology, promoting company-wide participation.
Accelerated Platform Courses
Allow the essential knowledge in additive manufacturing to be broadcasted quickly and to a large number of people.
OUR VALUE PROPOSITION
AddUp Academy e-learning courses offer a unique value proposition by providing a comprehensive overview of all metal 3D printing technologies. Our global vision is to provide access to education in this rapidly evolving field, catering not only to newcomers seeking to grasp the fundamentals, but also to advanced users looking to supplement their existing knowledge.
The courses cover all metal 3D printing technologies, focusing on PBF and DED processes, which are currently the most common in the industry.
The 18 modules can be taken in the order chosen by the learner and cover the following topics: Materials, Design, Manufacturing preparation in PBF, Manufacturing preparation in DED, Operation of a PBF machine, Operation of a DED machine, Post-processing operations, Markets and applications, Organization, Economic Aspects, HSE Risks, Innovation, Metallurgy of printed parts, Conformal cooling, Quality controls, as well as the history of the adoption of 3D printing by the Michelin group (3 modules).
The courses have been designed in an agnostic way: the aim is to explain the technology and not to highlight AddUp technologies.
Our online courses are among the most comprehensive on the market, with approximately 13 hours of content, over 100 videos, and 200 exercises.
The technical level of the concepts covered allows both beginners to become familiar with technology, and people already familiar with 3D printing to supplement their knowledge with precise technical information.
“Our team has just returned fully delighted with this training. Everything contributed to a great success: the content, the quality of the trainers, the working environment.”
