HSE Management for AM activities
- Content: Labor code and employer obligations, risks associated with metal powders, safe use of laser, AM waste management.

Manufacturing strategies
- Content: Production preparation with AddUp Manager, parts positioning, melting strategies, recoating strategies, production parameters.

ADVANCED MACHINE USERS
The following training modules address companies that have been using their machines for at least a few months. We offer tailor-made training programs for new employees, as well as expert level training for process optimization, machine operation and preventive maintenance.
Onboarding training program
- A time-effective program to help new employees acquire knowledge and autonomy. Includes HSE, manufacturing preparation and machine operation.
- Focus on core competencies needed for the position: AddUp Dashboards, Recoating monitoring, Melting monitoring, Distortion simulation AddOn, Preventive maintenance level 2
L-PBF process parameters management
- Content: Understand the principles of recipe development. Establish a deep understanding of the influence of process parameters.
