Since 1962, our team has specialized in the precision machining of primarily metal parts. We work with materials from mass-cutting processes, forging, foundry, and additive manufacturing, allowing us to meet a wide range of production needs. Our facility is equipped to handle prototypes, small and medium production runs, and urgent orders. MILLING CAPABILITIES
Our Machine Shop is equipped with four 5-axis machining centers which can machine parts up to a maximum size of 850 x 600 x 500 mm.
These machining centers are complemented by 3-axis and 4-axis milling machines with a maximum size of 1450 x 700 x 550 mm.
TURNING CAPABILITIES
Our Machine Shop is equipped with five lathes capable of handling parts up to a diameter of 420 mm.
QUALITY
Parts move into an adjustment room where our team completes all finishing touches, working under magnification when necessary. The facility offers inspection capabilities within a temperature-controlled environment, ensuring precision and quality. Our experts verify part conformity using a broad array of equipment, including multiple three-dimensional machines, various optical control tools, a contourograph and roughness meter, along with traditional control instruments. Depending on the specific requirements of the parts, an inspection report is provided to the customer.
INDUSTRIALIZATION
A team participates in the design review with you when necessary. They industrialize the part using our computerized resources. Machining fixtures are manufactured to guarantee production to the required precision.
We also manage subcontracting needs specific to the requirements of your parts.
