Our Marketing Team is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to assist in increasing the visibility of AddUp’s brand and offering across all forms of digital communication (web, social, mobile, etc.). This position will manage the company website and social media platform pages while monitoring AM publications and influencer/competitor digital activity. The Digital Marketing Manager will own and manage all digital marketing campaigns for AddUp, from planning through execution and to results reporting.

This position is to be based out of the AddUp, Inc. in Cincinnati, OH. This is Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm position.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with and supports the marketing and sales teams with a focus on meeting business priorities through strategic, lead-generating, digital marketing campaigns
  • Plan, execute, analyze and report results for all digital marketing campaigns
  • Manage AddUp’s inbound marketing campaign platform (Plezi) and CRM lead database (Salesforce)
  • Assists in the planning, writing and optimizing of digital content to drive conversions with strong calls to action (monthly content calendar outlines, website posts, social media post)
  • Build digital experiences and journeys using digital advertising, drip campaigns, account based marketing, email marketing, etc.
  • Execute marketing automation components of marketing campaigns including creating forms, using templates, scheduling drip campaigns, creating emails, etc.
  • Performs A/B tests as needed to measure and optimize digital campaigns to create the highest volume of qualified leads
  • Ensure the AddUp brand and offering is well represented and consistent across all digital platforms
  • Monitor digital AM publications, journalists, AM influencers and competitors digital activity
  • Manage the AddUp website and social media pages, regularly publishing content and modifying/updating as needed
  • Lead SEO, SEM and PPC projects to improve website visibility and performance
  • Propose differentiating actions or activities for AddUp to stand out amongst its competitors digitally
  • Assist in the pre-show marketing campaigns for company tradeshows and events

Qualification Requirements:

  • Mastery of web architecture (HTML5, CSS, WordPress) and web development tools
  • Experience building and managing a company website (preferably a global website – multi-language)
  • Experienced in digital campaign set-up and management from plan to development, tracking, analysis, reporting contact management, led scoring, CRM integration, etc.
  • Experience with UTMs, lead scoring and funnel optimization
  • Experience with marketing automation principles and best practices
  • Experience with different data collection and measurement techniques to judge ROI
  • Experience writing and optimizing content for digital campaigns with the intent to drive conversion rates. Has a knack for writing or collaborating on engaging copy (catchy subject lines, headlines and calls to action)
  • SEO Expert
  • Highly proficient with social media tools
  • Experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • Experienced user of inbound marketing software (Plezi preferred)
  • Experienced user of Google Analytics
  • Experienced user of CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite a plus

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing or communications
  • 5+ years of successful experience across B2B digital marketing
  • Bilingual (French and English) preferred
  • Additive Manufacturing experience a plus
